Mod «Resident Evil - Weapon Collection» for Project Zomboid
This mod adds a collection of weapons from Resident Evil 3 (1999) to Project Zomboid Build 42. Models have been remade for better detail and performance, textures are reworked, and each weapon features unique stats balanced for gameplay.
- Benelli M3S: Single-action shotgun holding up to 7 shells
- M4A1: Assault rifle using 5.56mm NATO rounds with 3-round burst or auto mode
- Samurai Edge (M92F Custom): Custom handgun for S.T.A.R.S. using 9mm Parabellum rounds
- Sig Pro SP 2009: Standard-issue handgun for U.B.C.S. mercenaries
- S&W 629 Classic: Revolver using .44 Magnum rounds
- STI Eagle 6.0: Custom competition handgun equipped with a scope and custom slide

- Nostalgic Audio: Gunshot sounds sourced from the original Resident Evil 3 Classic (1999)
- Faithful & Balanced Stats: Tuned to reflect RE3 while remaining balanced for Project Zomboid
- Classic Spawn Detail: The Benelli M3S can spawn attached to the back of police zombies
- Lore-Friendly Spawn Rates: Rarity based on lore; standard firearms spawn normally, while custom editions are significantly rarer
Loot Locations & Rarity:
- Standard Firearms (M4A1, S&W 629 Classic, Sig Pro SP 2009): Police Stations, Gun Stores, Military Containers, Pawn Shops, residential gun safes, and survivor houses
- Benelli M3S: Police Stations, Gun Stores, and attached to Police Zombies
- Mercenary Gear (Sig Pro SP 2009 & M4A1): Higher chance in military or mercenary-related loot containers
- Custom & Special Edition Guns (Samurai Edge & STI Eagle 6.0): Extremely rare; found in Police Lockers, Gun Shop safes, Pawn Shop displays, or rare survivor stashes
Compatibility:
- Fully tested in Singleplayer and Multiplayer
- Safe to add to existing save games (new items spawn in unexplored areas)
- Highly compatible with other weapon mods; does not overwrite vanilla game files
