Mod «1284Z: Fleet Keys for Emergency Vehicles [B42.17]» for Project Zomboid

This mod changes emergency services vehicles to use shared fleet keys instead of spawning with unique keys. Police, Fire, Ambulance, Forestry, and Louisville-city emergency fleets behave like real-life keyed-alike service vehicles, making municipal keys useful for an entire fleet.

• Across most of Knox County, standard emergency vehicles (Police, Fire, Ambulance) use the same key: Emergency Services 1284Z
• North of the military checkpoint in Louisville, emergency services have separate key silos (ambulance keys only work in ambulances, etc.)
• Park Ranger vehicles use their own distinct fleet key

The mod includes a fuzzy keyword search to automatically assign fleet keys to emergency vehicles added by other mods, based on vehicle names in game files. Manual flagging for popular mods is planned for future updates.

Supports Build 42.17. Singleplayer is functional; multiplayer is untested but theoretically supported. No Build 41 version is planned.
