Mod «dustinguished bolt cutters» for Project Zomboid

This mod adds realistic functionality to bolt cutters, allowing players to interact with various locked structures and fences. The mod is safe to add to and remove from existing saves.

• Cut locks from garage doors, fence gates, and security shutters
• Destroy fence sections
• Locks are destroyed upon cutting; no padlock items drop
• Security shutters are rolled up and destroyed after cutting the lock
• Action duration is based on Strength level; base duration is controlled by a sandbox option for Strength 0 characters
• No random chance involved, only time-based progression
• Three tiers of Strength sandbox settings for difficulty adjustment
• Muscle strain accumulation accounts for Strength level
• Fence sections have a chance to drop resources based on fence type (configurable via sandbox option)
• Actions generate small amounts of Strength XP and Maintenance XP (if tool damage occurs)
• Cutting locks generates noise that may attract zombies

Compatibility:

Should not have compatibility issues with other mods as it does not modify vanilla game files.
