Craft, install, and use improvised vehicle armor to protect your vehicles and survive the apocalypse. This mod allows players to turn materials into homemade armor for their vehicles, reinforcing the front and rear bumpers as well as windows.

  • Craftable vehicle armor parts
  • Front bumper protection
  • Rear bumper protection
  • Window protection
  • Armor can be installed directly onto vehicles
  • Compatible with all vanilla vehicles

To use the mod, craft the desired armor parts using available recipes. Approach the vehicle you wish to protect, right-click to open the vehicle interaction menu, and choose the appropriate option to install the armor. Once installed, the armor becomes part of the vehicle and provides a reinforced appearance.

All armor parts are craftable from scavenged and commonly available materials. The mod supports singleplayer, split-screen, co-op, and dedicated multiplayer servers. It is safe to add to existing saves, as it only adds new craftable items and installation functionality without altering the existing world. If removing the mod from an existing save, ensure any installed armor is removed first.
