Mod «Horse Mod [B42.20/MP SOON]» for Project Zomboid

This mod introduces horses to Project Zomboid, allowing players to find, tame, and ride different breeds. Horses spawn in farms, ranches, and stables across the map.

Available Breeds:

• American Quarter (Palomino, Blue Roan)
• American Paint (Tobiano, Overo)
• Appaloosa (Grulla Blanket, Leopard)
• Thoroughbred (Bay, Flea-Bitten Grey)

Controls:

• Mount/Dismount: Interact key
• Walk: Movement keys
• Trot toggle: X
• Gallop: Left Shift
• Jump: Space (requires galloping speed)
• Kick zombies: Space (while mounted)

Gear and Equipment:

• Saddle: Reduces groin pain while riding
• Reins
• Saddlebags: Allows item storage on the horse

Known Issues:

• Animations may not load properly if the mod is enabled after game launch; start the game with the mod enabled.
• Horses will not spawn if a save was created without the mod enabled initially.
• Multiplayer riding is currently disabled.
• Visual glitches may occur when aiming weapons at equipped horses or while riding.
• Dismounting issues can be resolved by quitting and rejoining the save.
