Mod «Improvised Silencers - Build 42.20 Compatibility» for Project Zomboid

An unofficial Build 42 update and expansion of the original Improvised Silencers mod, featuring reworked systems, improved weapon compatibility, and new suppressor sounds. This addition introduces four craftable suppressors with distinct noise-reduction and range trade-offs: Professional, Metal Pipe, Hand Torch, and Water Bottle. Professional suppressors also appear as loot.

A screwdriver is required to attach or remove suppressors. The mod supports vanilla Build 42 firearms and includes automatic compatibility with Guns of Marz and Vanilla Firearms Expansion Classic. Muzzle adapters are not required for Guns of Marz weapons, while VFE weapons with integral suppressors are excluded to prevent conflicts.
