Mod «Japanese Instant Noodles» for Project Zomboid

This mod adds Japanese instant noodles to Project Zomboid (Build 42), recreating the preparation process: open the lid, add hot water, and wait. The cup can be left on a table, ground, or inside a container while cooking. Once the timer expires, the item is replaced with the finished version, and the 3D model updates to show an open cup, maintaining its original position and rotation.

Seven flavors are included, each with unique label, lid, and noodle textures:

• Soup Noodle
• Seafood Noodle
• Curry Noodle
• Chili Tomato Noodle
• Akai Kitsune Udon
• Midori no Tanuki Soba
• Donbei Kitsune Udon

Cooking times reflect real-world packaging: 3 minutes for most varieties, and 5 minutes for Akai Kitsune and Donbei. Remaining time is displayed via the context menu and as a floating indicator above the cup. If there is insufficient water, a specific error message indicates the required amount versus the available amount.

Key features include:

• Custom eating animation where the character holds the cup and slurps.
• Cooking progresses even when the item is placed on the ground, tables, or inside containers.
• Distinct 3D models for sealed and prepared cups, visible both in-hand and on surfaces.
• Multiplayer support with server-side state synchronization.
• Bilingual support (English and Japanese).

Sandbox settings allow customization of cooking duration, water requirements, spawn rates, time calculation method (real-time vs. game-time), visibility of remaining time, and the ability to use dirty water.

Noodles spawn in kitchen pantries, convenience stores, supermarkets, break rooms, cafeterias, and prison cells. Spawn rates can be adjusted in sandbox options. This mod is safe to add to or remove from existing saves.
