Mod «Project Fallout: [Pip Boy 3000]» for Project Zomboid

Adds the Rob-Co™ Pip-Boy™ 3000, a wearable item that recreates features from the Fallout series. The device provides an animated, draggable, and customizable UI with RGB color options and scaling (x1/x2). It displays live character stats such as health and conditions, influencing Vault Boy™ reactions.

Pressing 'TAB' while wearing the Pip-Boy activates the on-screen interface and character animation. The built-in radio features three stations: two for Fallout: New Vegas lyrics or ambient music, and one for custom player-provided music via a template mod.
