Mod «Fence Sheets» for Project Zomboid

This mod allows players to hang sheets over see-through fences and empty door frames, blocking line of sight for both zombies and players. It functions similarly to hanging sheets over windows.

• Right-click a tall chainlink, metal bar fence, or empty door frame and select Add Sheet from the submenu
• Uses one Sheet from inventory
• Click the sheet to toggle open/closed state
• Removing the sheet returns it to inventory
• Climbing fences and walking through doorways remains possible with sheets installed
• Sheets drop to the ground if the fence/frame is destroyed or a door is built in a covered frame

Tarps: The Cover with Tarp option covers up to three fence tiles in a row or entire doorways (including double doors and garage openings). Tarps operate as a single unit and are returned upon removal.

Coverable Structures:

• Tall chainlink fences (including damaged and burnt sections)
• Tall metal bar and wrought iron fences
• Wire security fences, jail bars, and mall grilles
• Player-built metal bar fences
• Empty door frames (map-generated and player-built)

Low fences and solid fences are not supported. Sheets block vision only; they do not improve fence durability or block sound.

Compatibility:

• Requires Project Zomboid Build 42 (tested on 42.20)
• Safe to add to existing saves
• Remove sheets before uninstalling the mod
