Mod «Gas Pump Indicator» for Project Zomboid

This mod adds a visual indicator to gas pumps by coloring the existing LED slit above each nozzle. It allows players to check fuel and power states at a glance without interacting with the pump.

LED States:

• Green LED: Power on, fuel remaining
• Red LED: Power on, tank empty
• No LED: No power (grid or generator offline)

The mod supports all 8 vanilla gas pump sprites, including Fossoil and Gas2Go variants in East and South orientations. It features vanilla-authentic visuals with pixel-perfect alignment and luminance-blend edges. Both left and right nozzles are evaluated independently, and 2x and 1x sprite resolutions are supported.

Compatibility and Technical Details:

• Supports Project Zomboid Build 42
• Works in singleplayer and multiplayer
• Standalone; no additional mods required
• Safe to add or remove from existing saves (no world state modification)
• Purely an overlay renderer; no script or recipe additions
• In multiplayer, the LED is rendered locally. A powered pump may show no LED if the server has not yet determined its fuel amount; using the pump or revisiting the area resolves this.
• Uses IsoObject.setOverlaySprite(name, false) for client-side rendering
• Pump discovery is coordinate-based to prevent desync on chunk reload
• State re-evaluated at ~5 Hz per tracked pump
